Richard Hayes leads the marketing, innovation and customer service teams in developing and delivering the strategy: He has over 20 years FMCG experience in the food and drink industries and has a track record of growing brandings mature categories by placing the consumer at the heart of commercial plans. Social media plays an important role in interacting with the consumer.

John Taylerson started Malmesbury Syrups in 2007 and within six months saw its products on the shelves in Selfridges' Oxford Street and Trafford; and many other shops since. He grew up on a farm and has had a career in food and drink with everything from dairy farming through processing to consumers. He uses social media as part of his communications to his B2B customers, as well as the end consumer.
